In a picturesque setting of a former Dominican monastery, will be offered over a hundred Sauvignons from Slovenia, Austria and Croatia, as well as those coming from important wine-growing regions of the world, even from Greece, Bulgaria, and Turkey. Sauvignons will be accompanied by the excellent cuisine of Slovenian Styria (Štajerska) with a cosmopolitan overtone, and with in-depth lectures of experts on wine and wine culture.
