Vinag 1847<\/strong> d.o.o. is a wine-growing company with a proud tradition in Maribor. Under its umbrella are the Vinag 1847 winery in the centre of Maribor - the largest classic tunnel wine cellar under the city centre in Central Europe, now open for guided tours, tastings, rentals and events; a modern winery in Ko\u0161aki, in the north-eastern area of Maribor, where wine is produced; and 52 hectares of vineyards in the wider Slovenske gorice area. Vinag's current repertoire of wines consists mainly of fresh white wines, with plans to gradually increase the range of aged and orange wines.
