They will be joined by a guest, Univ. Prof. DI Dr techn. Prof. Erich Leitner from the University of Graz, Austria. At this year's Master Class, we will taste and compare this year's top-rated festival sauvignons, the French from the Loire, the New Zealand and the Austrian. From a scientific and technical point of view, we will compare the aromatic composition of this aromatic variety. The name itself first appeared in the earliest wine charts, around 1500.The 20 hectares of prime land, the favourable location with constant sunshine and the warm wind are the key factors behind our vineyards in Ritoznoje and the surrounding area. Among the vineyards of Ritoznoje is the Church of Saint Margaret, which has been looking after the vineyards since 1542. And the winery in the idyllic village of Hrastje, with its imposing arches, gives a traditional look together with modern technology and equipment. We produce 9 varieties of white wine and one red: Blue Frankinje. Among the bottles of white wines, special mention should be made of: a special aromatic Chardonnay, a semi-sweet Sipon, a semi-sweet Green Silvanec of late harvest, and a sweet Sauvignon selection. We also offer RITOZNOJ\u010cAN PTP, Grey Pinot, La\u0161ki Rizling, Riesling, Sauvignon, Muscat. And of course, we can't pass by Traminco, a dry strawberry selection. We can accommodate up to 60 people in a beautiful homely atmosphere. Let's pour ourselves a glass of pure wine. Literally.
