KMETIJA BEN\u010cINA –<\/strong> kmetijo boste na\u0161li v gru\u010dasti vasi Lo\u017ee v zgornji Vipavski dolini. Prijetna vasica je vredna ogleda. Vsak obiskovalec bo zlahka ugotovil, da se v vasi vse vrti okrog vina. Du\u0161an Ben\u010dina je \u017ee kot mladostnik prevzel kmetijo ter se pri\u010del ukvarjati z vinogradni\u0161tvom. Njegova motivacija je bila pridelava vrhunskega vina v katerem \u010dlovek ob vsakem po\u017eirku za\u010duti pridne roke in s soncem obsijano vinsko trto.\u00a0Z obdelavo vinogradov na 11 hektarjih se iskreno skrbi, da ima vinska trta idealne pogoje za zorenje grozdja. Z napredno tehnologijo in estetsko urejenostjo vinogradov ter kleti je razvidno, da je vino v dru\u017eini Ben\u010dina vrednota.<\/span><\/p>\n V vinogradih je 2\/3 belih sort vinske trte med katerimi je najve\u010d sauvignona, sledijo rumeni mu\u0161kat, chardonnay in zelen, med rde\u010dimi pa so modri pinot, barbera, refo\u0161k, cabernet sauvignon in merlot. Vsaka sorta je vinificirana posebej, tudi glede na njihove lege.
