Lastna zadru\u017ena vinska klet je bila \u017ee davno zapisana v \u017eeljah obsoteljskih in kozjanskih vinogradnikov, ki so trgu \u017eeleli ponuditi vrhunska vina. Leta 1988 se jim je \u017eelja izpolnila. Kmetijska zadruga \u0160marje je v Imenem ustanovila zadru\u017eno klet \u2013 dana\u0161njo Hi\u0161o vin Emino, kjer pod skupno streho bije srce vinske tradicije Obsotelja in Kozjanskega v sleherni kapljici odli\u010dnih vin.<\/div>\n

V Hi\u0161i vin Emino vsako leto od okoli\u0161kih vinogradnikov odkupimo od 300 do 400 ton grozdja. Emina vina nato donegujemo, ustekleni\u010dimo in okoli 300 tiso\u010d litrov skrbno pripravimo za praznovanje va\u0161ih posebnih dose\u017ekov. K vsaki dobri hrani, k vsakemu sre\u010dnemu dogodku in za trdno zdravje se kozarec \u017elahtnega vina zmeraj prile\u017ee. Za\u010dini dogodek. Mu prida posebno te\u017eo.
