Wer wird alles dabei sein?<\/p>\n

VINO GROSS<\/strong>\u00a0 “Michael in Maria Gross sva srce in du\u0161a Vina Gross. Pred desetletjem smo kot dru\u017eina pri\u0161li na Gorco, da bi bolje spoznali halo\u0161ko regijo, ljudi in vina. Postopoma se nam je razprostiral neizmeren potencial tega vinorodnega okoli\u0161a.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Zbrali smo pogum, ustanovili VINO GROSS in od takrat dokazujemo, da je v Halozah mo\u017eno pridelati vina najvi\u0161je mo\u017ene kakovosti. Z nekom deliti ta izziv je ena najlep\u0161ih plati dru\u017einske posesti.<\/p>\n

Verjamemo v sonaravne, tradicionalne metode in obi\u010daje. Vina fermentiramo spontano, selekcioniranih kvasovk ne uporabljamo. V kleti do\u017eivijo dolgo zorenje v lesenih sodih. Pomembno nam je stekleni\u010diti nefiltrirana vina, ki jih poprej nismo bistrili in \u010distili. Ve\u010d:\u00a0https:\/\/www.vinogross.si\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Michael and Maria Gross are the heart and soul of Vino Gross.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver ten years ago we moved to Gorca to get to know the region, its people and its wines better. Slowly but surely, the unbelievable potential of this wine-growing region opened up for us. We gathered up all our courage, founded VINO GROSS and have since proven that it is possible to produce wines of the highest quality here. Sharing this challenging task with someone is one of the most wonderful aspects of the family business.\u201d<\/p>\n

We rely on traditional, natural methods. The wines ferment spontaneously \u2013 without the aid of artificial yeast \u2013 and mature over a long period in wooden barrels. We place great importance on bottling unfiltered wines with no finings added.<\/p>\n
