VINO GROSS “Michael in Maria Gross sva srce in duša Vina Gross. Pred desetletjem smo kot družina prišli na Gorco, da bi bolje spoznali haloško regijo, ljudi in vina. Postopoma se nam je razprostiral neizmeren potencial tega vinorodnega okoliša.
Zbrali smo pogum, ustanovili VINO GROSS in od takrat dokazujemo, da je v Halozah možno pridelati vina najvišje možne kakovosti. Z nekom deliti ta izziv je ena najlepših plati družinske posesti.
Verjamemo v sonaravne, tradicionalne metode in običaje. Vina fermentiramo spontano, selekcioniranih kvasovk ne uporabljamo. V kleti doživijo dolgo zorenje v lesenih sodih. Pomembno nam je stekleničiti nefiltrirana vina, ki jih poprej nismo bistrili in čistili. Več: https://www.vinogross.si/

We rely on traditional, natural methods. The wines ferment spontaneously – without the aid of artificial yeast – and mature over a long period in wooden barrels. We place great importance on bottling unfiltered wines with no finings added.
