Who will all be with us?

DOMAČIJA BOŽIČ se ukvarja z vinogrdništvom že štiri generacije. Že več kot stoletje je gojila sorte trt, kot so: Rebula, Pinela ter trte (danes že izumrle) : Klarnica, Kraljevina, Pergulin, Bergundec, Ospika.

V letu 1960 so z analizami vina proizvodnje Božič, ugotovili posebno vrhunsko letino , ki je dala nadpovprečno stopnjo alkohola 13,2 %. Tako so sprejeli odločitev, da bodo ta letnik vina uporabili za prvo serijo buteljčnih vin.

Dandanes vinogradniška proizvodnja družine Božič obsega 16.000 trsov, posajenih na štirih hektarijih zemljišč, razdeljenih na šest vinogradov, ki se nahajajo na področju Planine. Trenutna proizvodnja predstavlja po večini butelirana vina sort: Pinela, Zelen, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot e Rose. Več: https://domacija-bozic.si/
