VINA ŠERBINEK “Obdelujemo 8 ha vinogradov, v katerih rastejo sorte tipične za naš vinorodni okoliš. V 120 let stari kleti je prostora za 70 tisoč litrov vina, ki ga negujemo s pomočjo modernega sistema, ki pa omogoča, da proces fermentiranja in dozorevanja poteka čimbolj naravno.
Glede na to, da se naši vinogradi nahajajo v samem srcu med vinogradi, se radi pohvalimo, da so naša vina “vina iz srca”. Menimo, da ni naključje, da naše vinograde obdaja simbol ljubezni, saj tudi delamo s srcem, ljubezen do vinogradništva pa se odraža tudi na naših vinih.
