KMETIJA BENČINA – kmetijo boste našli v gručasti vasi Lože v zgornji Vipavski dolini. Prijetna vasica je vredna ogleda. Vsak obiskovalec bo zlahka ugotovil, da se v vasi vse vrti okrog vina. Dušan Benčina je že kot mladostnik prevzel kmetijo ter se pričel ukvarjati z vinogradništvom. Njegova motivacija je bila pridelava vrhunskega vina v katerem človek ob vsakem požirku začuti pridne roke in s soncem obsijano vinsko trto. Z obdelavo vinogradov na 11 hektarjih se iskreno skrbi, da ima vinska trta idealne pogoje za zorenje grozdja. Z napredno tehnologijo in estetsko urejenostjo vinogradov ter kleti je razvidno, da je vino v družini Benčina vrednota.
V vinogradih je 2/3 belih sort vinske trte med katerimi je največ sauvignona, sledijo rumeni muškat, chardonnay in zelen, med rdečimi pa so modri pinot, barbera, refošk, cabernet sauvignon in merlot. Vsaka sorta je vinificirana posebej, tudi glede na njihove lege. Več: https://www.vinabencina.si/

The Master Class is dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the festival and to the idea that one of the best sauvignon growing regions stretches across Austria, Slovenia and Croatia with branches to Italy, Hungary and Serbia. That's why we invited wine experts to the Master Class:
- Saša Špiranec is the director of the iconic Croatian wine festival Vinart and an international wine expert,
- Robert Gorjak is an internationally renowned expert with a WSET diploma and one of Slovenia's leading wine professionals, co-founder of the Belvin School, Slovenia's first wine school.
- Reinhard Muster, world-class winemaker, cosmopolitan, winner of numerous awards at world-class wine competitions. This year, he received the highest award at the International Sauvignon Selection by Concours Mondial Bruxelles - "Trophy Winner" for his Sauvignon Blanc Ried Grubthal 2020.
