"The fourth generation of the Šoster family has been making wine in the heart of the Jerusalem Hills. In recent years, we have successfully transferred more than 25 years of experience in organic farming into organic grape and wine production.
The main guiding principle in the care of wine is to preserve the authentic richness offered by nature by minimising interference with natural processes.
